Ag Committee is:

The Ag Committee was organized by the Chamber of Commerce of Spencer, Iowa.

Members include crop and livestock producers, as well as representatives of many agribusinesses supporting the industry: seed and chemical companies, implement dealers, farm managers, bankers, radio and print media, and real estate brokers.

Other members, such as Spencer's Main Street businesses, are not considered agribusiness, but are affected by the ag economy.

Membership is free. The committee members meet monthly and work on a series of annual events, including these:

- Ag Breakfast
- Take a Break
- Ag Experience
- Ag Adventure Day

The goal is to help support the agricultural community by providing opportunities for education and communication.
